​Growing up and trolling for salmon and trout has been a passion. But after racing out to where you want to start fishing, it always started with  time wasted sorting through boxes, bags and pool noodles trying to get the rigs set up. Leaders were always tangled and kinked, the flasher  was never where you could find it and the fly combo leader was wrapped up and kinked.

After fishing, everything had to get  put away trying to find its spot and wrapping them up knowing it would be a tangled anyway when needed on the next trip.

Multiple threads on trolling sites of people trying to figure out how to store their rigs better told it was a common problem to all trolling fishermen.

There had to be a better way.

 

After making and testing multiple prototypes with many different configurations, the RTG-1 case was designed and tested to solve this by organizing favorite lure combos keeping them easy to get and use right away.
